Thank you for shopping with Bennett Custom Keepsakes. Each keepsake is custom-made to order and carefully inspected before shipment.
Processing Time
Because every order is personalized, please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships.
Production time may be longer during holidays or periods of high order volume.
Shipping Methods
We currently offer:
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
Shipping transit times begin after your order has been completed, not when the order is placed.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders of $100.00 or more within the United States.
Shipping Address
Please verify that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
Bennett Custom Keepsakes is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Personalized Orders
Orders begin production shortly after they are placed.
Please review all uploaded photos, spelling, dates, and customization details carefully before submitting your order.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the shipping box and packaging
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first.
If additional assistance is needed, contact us and we will help investigate the shipment.
International Shipping
International shipping may become available in the future. At this time, Bennett Custom Keepsakes ships only within the United States.
